Mr. Irfan is a member of Australia New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountant. Before joining FNCA AGN International, he served in different organizations including banks. He has also work for Bearingpoint New Zealand Ltd, a consulting branch of Deloitte. Irfan is involved in an continues to be involved in the audits of organizations in Afghanistan which involves audits of for profit organizations which are incorporated companies. In addition Irfan is involved in audits of non-profit organizations in both countries and also in providing accounting assistance to these non-profit organizations. Some of the non-profit organizations in Afghanistan are regulated by the US Federal Government and have specific reporting requirements.

Mr Nasir Qadir Bhadal has more than 27 years professional experience of financial management, tax, corporate law, administration, organizational development/ restructuring and implementing IT based management tools in Infrastructure, Dairy, Power, Education sectors of public and Public governance systems in Pakistan and New Zealand.
He is MBA from Pakistan, Master of International Applied Finance (MAF) from Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand, Chartered Accountant (CA) from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, and Certified Management Accountant (CMA) from Institute of Certified Management Accountants of Australia.
He is also Certified Director, trained by the Security and Exchange Commission of Pakistan & the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan. He attended Executive Education course from Harvard Business School, USA on “Improving Corporate Performance and Profitability-India”.
He worked as CFO, Company Secretary and acting CEO of different well-established public and private sector companies in Pakistan and New Zealand.

Nouman joined the firm in Feb 2013 as a director. He has more than 7 years of private and public accounting experience. He will serve as a senior engagement manager with responsibility for planning, performing and supervising all aspect of the engagement. He has extensive experience in Audit and Accounting Practice.
His industry experience includes providing audit, reviews, compilations and tax preparation services to nonprofit organizations, construction contractors, commercial and residential real estate, petroleum and personal service corporations.
Nouman is also responsible for training all new staff in our firm’s audit approach and the related use of our audit software
Nouman is a member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA) – UK and a graduate of Oxford Brookes University, Oxford, U.K with a BSc. (hon) degree in Applied Accounting
